I would very much recommend Aaron and the team at Bathroom Installation Services. They recently fitted a new bathroom for my mum and the whole experience was great. During the initial visit Aaron listened to everything we wanted and instantly put mum at ease with his recommendations and insight into what was required. The project was started on time and all costs were clear upfront. I was on holiday during the work, but Mike the fitter was fantastic with mum and sent me updates on progress. The quality of the finished room is just what we wanted and the detail of the tiling stands out, even after mum made some late requests. We are already talking about a new kitchen next year.

Had the team in for a complete bathroom refurbishment...from ceiling with new spots to floor, removal of old tiles and complete re-tiling and new whirlpool bath, power shower, radiator and fitted units. Aaron was very professional when coming to look at the works and providing a complete costing including all raw materials, bathroom fittings and labour (unlike a lot of plumbers!!). Also has a 3 year guarantee. Dave the fitter was again very competent and completed the works in 12 days but made sure we had a bath after a few days and cleared up after himself every night. Would highly recommend.

We have just started the journey to two new bathrooms with Bathroom Installation Services. The initial consultation was arranged quickly and followed through with a speedy response for both design and price. The second stage was a meeting to finalise the design and products. This took place in the office using a virtual reality experience to view what the finished design would look like in "real life" and enabled us to walk around and view the options from different points of view. We made a few changes and then received the fixed price quote within a day. Looking forward to the installation next!

First an excellent web chat to establish my needs, an appointment made, Aaron arrived and surveyed the job, listened to my requirements/ideas, made other suggestions and provided a detailed design and quote within a couple of days.
